By definition, personal training is exercise that is as unique as each individual client.

We have created an environment that will ensure each candidate's success. As your expert fitness professionals, we are committed to helping you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.

Get in Shape, Lose Weight, and Have Fun Doing It
Each personal training session will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, short distance running (less than 1 mile), interval training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. We also offer private instruction in Taekwon-do and Kickboxing.

You Don't Have to be In Shape
You will start training at your level and you will advance, as you get faster and stronger. We've designed the program to be suitable for everyone.

How much does it cost?
Our personal training packages vary depending on the number of participants training. Personal training sessions can be for one, two, or as many people as you like. Generally, the cost per session ranges from $80 to $120 per session, but does depend on the number of people training.

“Korean Art of Self Defense” Taekwon-do is the mental training and techniques of unarmed combat for self defense as well as health.
